SentiLiter Application Troubleshooting
I cannot connect my SentiLiter to the app.
-Make sure you are logged in properly
-Make sure QR code is not damaged/assure number being manually entered is correct
-Make sure device you are using app with has internet connection
I cannot connect my ColorSensor to the app.
-Make sure you are logged in properly
-Make sure QR code is not damaged/assure number being manually entered is correct
-Make sure device you are using app with has internet connection
I cannot log in to the app.
-Contact system administrator for appropriate access credentials
-Assure device you are using the app with has internet connection
Patient data is not displaying.
-Make sure the SentiLiter and/or ColorSensor is properly paired
-Make sure the SentiLiter and/or ColorSensor is properly powered on
-Make sure the SentiLiter and/or ColorSensor is within range of a Base Station
-Make sure the Base Station LED light is indicating with a blue color
